CalSync Terms of Service

CalSync is provided for personal, single-owner use. By accessing the service or connecting a Google account, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

You may connect only accounts and calendars you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the destination calendar you configure, the people with whom it is shared, and the sanitized event content you choose to publish.

Service behavior

CalSync attempts to reconcile source schedule changes and cancellations with published destination events. Calendar providers, credentials, permissions, networks, and other systems can fail or change, so synchronization is not guaranteed to be immediate or error-free. Review connection and reconciliation health regularly.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate applicable law or another person's rights. Access may be suspended to protect accounts, data, or service integrity.

Availability and warranty

CalSync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free synchronization, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and termination

The service and these terms may change as CalSync evolves. Material revisions will be posted here with an updated effective date. You may stop using CalSync and revoke its Google access at any time.
